How do we start a project?

ntegrity is a core value. If we’re not the best fit, we’ll say so immediately and, when possible, introduce you to a trusted specialist in our partner network.
What are your support rates?
Standard Rate: Office hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 CET) with a next business day response SLA.
Priority Rate: 24 × 7 × 365 coverage with a 30‑minute response SLA, senior‑engineer escalation, and proactive monitoring.

Where are you located? Do you work remotely?
We’re headquartered in Belgium with consultants across the EU. Most engagements are delivered remotely, but on‑site visits are available when helpful.
How does billing work?
We invoice monthly in arrears for time‑and‑materials or per milestone for fixed‑price projects. Payment terms are 30 days unless agreed otherwise.
For smaller projects or one off consulting we can send you a payment link with the invoice, so you can easily perform the payment.

What certifications do your consultants hold?
Our team includes CISSPs, CCSPs, Azure Solutions Architect Experts, AWS Professionals, ITIL practitioners, and CREST‑certified penetration testers, among others.
How do you ensure data security and confidentiality?
We operate under strict NDAs, use zero‑trust access controls, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and follow ISO 27001 and CIS benchmarks.
Can Cyberized work alongside our internal IT team?
Absolutely. We often co‑deliver projects, providing specialised skills while upskilling your staff through paired sprints and knowledge‑transfer sessions.
